In the midst of the uncertainty that marked 2020-2022, three companions —  Allie Middleton , Maria Sousa , and Newell Eaton  — found solace and inspiration practicing each week in a series of workshops entitled "Embodied Leadership while Working from Home."  

Given the turmoil happening in the world these days and our desire to continue to practice in community, we decided to seed a new version of it. 

What to Expect

Our free offer is an exploratory journey into the interconnectedness of Head, Heart and Body Centered Practices. The first three gatherings will be learning and practicing with Bohmian Dialogue. The next series of explorations will be three sessions each of other interests and skills we have in our toolkits. These include linguistics, meditation, yoga, Social Presencing Theatre, energy awareness and somatics, breath practices, brain gym, Liberating Structures, deep listening,  and applied improv along with other playful and engaging practices we love. They are all able to applied in any context you live, learn, work and play in. 

We also welcome you to host practices you would like to explore with others. We view our role principally as conveners, co-creating a safe and open space for fellow explorers. We will probably even do some dancing together! 

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to these life giving practices, your most welcome. 

We'd be thrilled to have you join us on this enriching journey.

Allie brings a wealth of experience as a contemplative practitioner and a catalyst for presencing change. As a commissioned author and poet, she infuses her work with creative insights.

Maria offers a holistic approach, focusing on opening the emotional heart through diverse practices, fostering growth and empathy.

Newell harnesses creativity as an experienced change facilitator and organization development specialist, guiding teams and individuals towards meaningful transformation.
